Week 0 · Discovery call
Free 30-minute call. We name the specific feature you want and decide whether this is the right fit. If it isn't, I'll tell you so. Half the calls end here — that's fine.
Week 1 · Design
I read your schema, understand the business logic, design the feature on paper, and confirm the rules table approach with you before any code lands. You see the design before you pay the second half.
Week 2 · Build
Build, test, and ship. End-of-week handoff session, recorded. Maintenance playbook delivered. Your team is trained to tune the rules without calling me.
Pricing
$5,000 – $15,000
Scope determines where in the range a project lands. 50% deposit to start, 50% on delivery. Wire transfer or credit card. No retainers, no monthly minimums, no "phase 2" surprises.
